On Jan 1, 1997, Paul sold his interest in the Naden/Lean Group, A Baltimore-based Accounting and Business consulting firm which he founded in the early sixties.  During his tenure as Managing Partner , Naden/Lean grew from two persons to a nationally recognized regional firm. Paul has more than 30 years experience assisting business owners in strategic financial management.

Along with Lucille Saxon, Paul developed the "HOW TO STOP WORRYING ABOUT $MONEY$" program. Using a no-nonsense approach, they help people resolve difficult money issues.
